topONE PIECE MONKEY D LUFFY 1/8 SCALE WALL ART STATUE
“KAIDO!!!” For our first One Piece statue we decided to create Monkey D. Luffy, also known as 'Mugiwara' or ‘Straw Hat’ Luffy. Luffy is the main protagonist in One Piece, Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, and the possessor of the Gum-Gum Devil Fruit. We wanted to capture the presence of Luffy first epic battle against one of the Four Emperors, Kaido. Kaido is also known as the the King of the Beasts and Strongest Creature in the One Piece universe. Luffy's Gum-Gum Devil Fruit gives him the abilities of a rubber man, which he uses to its fullest potential against Kaido.
In Luffy's first battle against the Captain of the Beast Pirates, Kaido becomes intoxicated and goes on a rampage on the country of Wano. Luffy is filled with rage and goes on the offensive and launches himself into the air and staggers Kaido with his Gum-Gum Elephant Gun technique seen in our statue. Luffy is seen in his Wano kimono, his left hand reaching forward to balance and aim while his right arm is cocked back and powered up ready for absolute destruction.
This wall statue is created in 1/8th scale and will be made of PVC, ABS, and Metal. First run will be limited to 2,000 units, territories include United States and Canada. This statue will include three key hole hangers screwed into the black base with screws included and detailed instructions on how to safely anchor onto the wall. This statue must be anchored into the stud of a wall, dry wall alone will not be able to anchor this statue for a long duration of time.
Refund Policy:
At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Order Cancellation Period:Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been shipped). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation Process:To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.
3. Return Eligibility
If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Process:
Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Local Delivery (To Your Door) <Beta> Refund Policy:
Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
