SPORTS CARDS
- All Buylists must be over $10.
- Sellers must be over the age of 18 to be able to receive payment for a buylist. If you do not meet this requirement, please ask a parent or guardian to submit it for you.
- Buylists are estimates only and are not an offer to buy. Incorrect/out of date prices are not binding and are subject to our discretion. Due to the nature of an automated system, the nature of trading card game markets sometimes errors can occur and Exor Games does not accept no responsibility for such errors.
- Buylist prices and quantities are subject to change at any time, for any reason at our sole discretion.
- All Buylist prices listed are for English cards only unless we unequivocally described otherwise.
- Exor Games reserves the right to limit the number of cards submitted as well as to refuse a sale at any time and for any reason.
- Sending Exor Games any items constitutes an offer to sell the item "as is".
- Exor Games reserves the right to refuse any offers.
- Exor Games is not responsible for any packages damaged, lost or tampered with during transit. If your package arrives at our facility with obvious damage, we will refuse delivery and you will be responsible for contacting the shipping company to file a claim. Please make sure you purchase any insurance you require to protect yourself during shipment.
- Exor Games does not accept C.O.D.
- The shipping and handling cost of sending us your package is your responsibility. If your package arrives with postage due, we will automatically deduct that amount from your Buylist total up to and including your Buylist total. If your Buylist does not cover the postage due, we may reject your package.
- Any package that arrives with customs due (duty, customs tax or any fees) Exor Games will deduct that amount from your Buylist total up to and including your Buylist total. If your Buylist does not cover the postage due, we may reject your package.
- Bulk cards can not be used for trade-in credit.
- Please write the Buylist ID Number on the outside of your package, clearly.
- All submissions must be sorted in the order found on the checkout and confirmation page. Failure to do so will mean the buylist will be subject to a 15% fee and will be deducted from the Buylist total.
- If there are any errors found in your Buylist (i.e., wrong cards, wrong editions, missing, damaged and unacceptable items) we will deduct the change in price from the Buylist amount total. We will only contact you for approval if the difference in price will be equal to, or greater than, 20% or more. If you wish to have your damaged cards returned Exor Games will deduct shipping costs from the total and they'll be mailed to your address.
- If your Buylist does not cover the cost to return, you will be required to pay for the cost to return them to you.
- Supplies sent in as packaging for a mail-in Buylist submission (deck boxes, binders, sleeves, etc.) will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Seller has 20 business days from the time the Buylist was approved for it to arrive at Exor Games' facility. If it does not arrive within 20 Days, we might change your Buylist based on the current Buylist prices.
Buylist Policy:
1. Packaging Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items included in their buylist order are properly packaged before shipping. This includes using appropriate packaging materials to protect the items during transit. Any damage caused due to inadequate packaging may result in a reduction in the offered value or rejection of the item.
2. Order Sequence:
Items included in the buylist order must appear in the exact order as listed in the buylist. The item sequence is crucial for accurate processing and evaluation. Any deviation from the specified order may result in delays or reevaluation of the order.
3. Adherence to Buylist Policy:
It is essential for customers to adhere to Exor Games' buylist policy. Failure to comply with the policy may result in the rejection of the buylist order or subject it to a 15% fee. We encourage customers to carefully review and follow the policy to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Accurate Item Description:
Customers must provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the items they wish to sell. This includes specifying the condition, edition, language, and any relevant details. Any discrepancy between the provided description and the actual item may result in a revised offer or rejection of the item.
5. Timely Shipment:
Customers are expected to ship their buylist orders promptly after receiving confirmation. Failure to ship within a reasonable timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order or a revised offer due to market fluctuations.
6. Item Authenticity:
Customers must ensure that all items sent for buylist evaluation are authentic and legally obtained. Exor Games reserves the right to refuse any item suspected of being counterfeit or obtained through illegal means.
7. Evaluation and Offer:
Upon receiving the buylist order, Exor Games will evaluate the items based on their condition, market demand, and other relevant factors. The customer will be provided with an offer for the accepted items. In case of any discrepancies or disagreements with the offer, customers are encouraged to contact customerservice@exorgames.com
8. Payment:
Once the offer is accepted, Exor Games will initiate the payment process. Payments are typically made through the customer's preferred payment method, such as store credit, PayPal, eTransfer or cash (in-store only). The payment will be processed promptly, but the exact timeline may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
9. Returns and Rejections:
In the event that an item does not meet the buylist criteria or fails to adhere to the buylist policy, Exor Games reserves the right to reject the item or revise the offer accordingly. Customers will be notified of any rejections or revised offers where the buylist changes more than 20% of the original value and may choose to have the item returned at their expense.
10. For the purposes of this policy, a counterfeit item refers to any product that is an imitation or replica of a genuine item, intended to deceive or mislead customers into believing it is an authentic product. Upon receiving items through our buylist, our team will thoroughly inspect and evaluate each item to ensure its authenticity. We have trained professionals who are experienced in identifying counterfeit items.
11. Exor Games will not return any counterfeit items submitted via our buylist. Once an item is identified as counterfeit, it will be deemed non-returnable. To maintain the integrity of our marketplace and protect our customers, any identified counterfeit items will be securely and responsibly destroyed. This ensures that these items will not re-enter the market or pose a risk to unsuspecting customers.
12. All Buylists must be unsleeved. Buylists that are sleeved may be subject to delays pr a processing fee of 10% at Exor Games sole discretion.

'Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint cards rarely show any play-related wear. With that said they may have a few insignificant flaws that are minor. Some examples of minor flaws that a Near Mint card may possess include: A Few Nicks or Dings, Mild Corner/Edge Wear, Minor Scratches. Centering is not factored into grade. '
''Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '
''Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
''Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '
''Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears.
