Princess Cadance's costume, designed by Shunya Yamashita, features an imperial-style dress with clear plastic, gradation painting, and sparkling gold accessories, capturing her regal and loving nature. Her detailed pony form can be displayed alone or with other MY LITTLE PONY BISHOUJO characters.

Princess Cadance became close to the young Twilight Sparkle as her foal-sitter, and now she is her sister-in-law.

As she is known for her tales of overcoming hardships with the power of love, her costume is based on an imperial style dress reminiscent of the goddess of love.

This original design is by well-known series artist Shunya Yamashita, and is packed to the brim with BISHOUJO details. The dress is made of clear plastic material and features gradation painting to give a mystical impression, and the gold accessories sparkle with cute and gorgeous style. Her bright and colorful hair is recreated with pearl paint. Her pony form, created with a more mature silhouette and atmosphere than the Mane 6, can be displayed together or independently in a variety of scenarios. Her long eyelashes are also a sight to behold!

Her arch-nemesis, Queen Chrysalis, is right around the corner! While Princess Cadance makes a great companion for Twilight Sparkle, she also looks great with others from the MY LITTLE PONY BISHOUJO series.

Refund Policy:

This policy applies to every Exor Games location.

At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.

1. Order Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been fulfilled). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.

2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and are expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.

3. Return Eligibility

If you would like to return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days. If you believe your card singles arrived in worse condition than listed, please email customerservice@exorgames.com and include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you.

4. Refund Process:

Upon approval by our customer service department, if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Local Delivery (To Your Door) Refund Policy:

Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that refunds for orders delivered locally must be completed in store by the purchaser.
