We are proud to announce that the first product of the Star Trek series in the EXQUISITE MINI Series comes from "Star Trek 2009" - the 1/18 scale Spock action figure.

On the day of James T. Kirk's birth, his father dies on his damaged starship in a last stand against a Romulan mining vessel looking for Ambassador Spock, who in this time, has grown on Vulcan disdained by his neighbors for his half-human heritage. 25 years later, James T. Kirk has grown into a young rebellious troublemaker. Suddenly, there is an emergency on Vulcan and the newly-commissioned USS Enterprise is crewed with promising cadets like Nyota Uhura, Hikaru Sulu, Pavel Chekov and even Kirk himself, thanks to Leonard McCoy's medical trickery. This crew will have an adventure in the final frontier where the old legend is altered forever as a new version of the legend begins.

This brand-new Spock action figure stands at 105mm tall and faithfully reproduces his appearance from Star Trek 2009. He is dressed in the iconic blue uniform representing medical and science personnel.

The Starfleet emblem on his clothes, with the iconic Vulcan hand gesture, they are certainly not absent. Communicator, phaser pistol, and other accessories are all finely detailed, capturing the essence of his character even at the 1/18 scale.

Features 17 points of articulation, utilizing an new body to provide a wider range of motion, allowing you to recreate various dynamic action poses from the movie. A special stand to this series is also included, featuring a transparent blue base adorned with the Star Trek logo, fully immersing you in the ambiance of the Star Trek universe.

Refund Policy:

This policy applies to every Exor Games location.

At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.

1. Order Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been fulfilled). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.

2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and are expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.

3. Return Eligibility

If you would like to return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days. If you believe your card singles arrived in worse condition than listed, please email customerservice@exorgames.com and include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you.

4. Refund Process:

Upon approval by our customer service department, if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Local Delivery (To Your Door) Refund Policy:

Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that refunds for orders delivered locally must be completed in store by the purchaser.
