A powerful Ursula glimmer, unleashed from the Great Illuminary, is at last ready to put plans into motion. How far will the sea witch go to gain power over all Lorcana?
Face an opponent like no other! In this thrilling Disney Lorcana TCG experience, you must stand against Ursula and her entangled glimmers even as her powers increase. Cunning as ever, the sea witch plays by her own rules—and with her own all-new special deck. Try all four difficulty levels!
With the contents of this box, you can take on Ursula’s forces solo or cooperatively with a friend. You can also add up to two more friends with decks to your side, for a total of four players. Players can use any standard Disney Lorcana deck.
DEFEAT URSULA
Deep Trouble comes with two preconstructed player decks*, featuring the sorcerer Yen Sid of Disney’s Fantasia and the brave Mulan. Player turns occur at the same time, so coordinate with your team, using abilities and effects on each other’s glimmers to ruin Ursula’s schemes.
*Up to four players can join in total, with the addition of any two standard Disney Lorcana decks (sold separately). Standard Disney Lorcana rules available at disneylorcana.com.
URSULA'S ARMY
The sea witch will use all her powers to protect her lair against the Illumineers! Designed especially for the Illumineer’s Quest Deep Trouble, this gold-backed deck features entangled glimmers and mighty natural disasters. Ursula also plays by her own rules, and her powers increase as each move she makes brings her closer to her ultimate design!
MULTIPLE LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY
Where will you fight Ursula: at the site of your first encounter, or at her lair, where her powers are the greatest? Battleground cards determine how difficult the encounter will be, while giving Illumineers unique abilities at the cost of lore. While the first two battlegrounds are great for starting out, two more are included to give players even greater challenges with Deep Trouble.

Refund Policy:
At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Order Cancellation Period:Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been fulfilled). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation Process:To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.
3. Return Eligibility
If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days. If you believe your card singles arrived in worse condition than listed, please email customerservice@exorgames.com and include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you.
4. Refund Process:
Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.
Please note that this cancellation policy is in addition to our general terms and conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. Please contact customerservice@exorgames.com for any additional questions or concerns and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Local Delivery (To Your Door) <Beta> Refund Policy:
Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
