2. Cancellation Process:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Refund Process:
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Changes to the Refund Policy:
Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.
