• 2025-26 Black Diamond will be the first high-end product to release in the upcoming season. Let the chase begin for the big hits from the 2025-26 rookie class.
• 2025-26 Black Diamond dawns a 95-card Base Set, featuring a healthy selection of top Veterans, Legends, and new rookies. Look for the two numbered parallels of the base set, Green and Gold.
• As always, collectors can look for the Base Set - Diamond Relics! These numbered parallels of the base set feature up to 4 diamonds within each card. Collect the Pure Black parallel (#’d 1-of-1) featuring Black Diamonds.
• The Band of Color insert remains a staple in Black Diamond, featuring veterans (#’d to 25) and rookies (#’d to 26)! These flashy cards bring a unique accessorized design that adds flavor to any collection!
• Keep an eye out for Gemography This classic insert has become well known to collectors and features and autograph that pops off the cards! Look for a mix of current stars and top rookies while keeping an eye out for the low-#’d parallel lineup that includes the Emerald (#’d to 5) and Pure Black (#’d 1-of-1)!
• Collect a variety of Diamond Stars, Diamond Legends and Diamond Futures insert cards. In addition to the regular cards #’d to 249, collectors can chase the sought-after Auto (Varied #’ing), Premium Relic Auto (Varied #’ing), Purple Diamond Relic Auto (#’d to 10) and Pure Black Diamond Relic Auto (#’d 1-of-1) parallels!
• After the Four Nations Face-OffTM took the hockey world by storm, look for the first high-end 4NFO content drizzled into 2025-26 Black Diamond! Refund Policy:
At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Order Cancellation Period:Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been fulfilled). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation Process:To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.
3. Return Eligibility
If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days. If you believe your card singles arrived in worse condition than listed, please email customerservice@exorgames.com and include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you.
4. Refund Process:
Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.
Please note that this cancellation policy is in addition to our general terms and conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. Please contact customerservice@exorgames.com for any additional questions or concerns and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Local Delivery (To Your Door) <Beta> Refund Policy:
Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
