Dear Valued Customers,
We are pleased to inform you about the federal government's recent initiative to provide financial relief during the holiday season. From December 14, 2024, to February 15, 2025, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be temporarily removed from a selection of essential items, including groceries, restaurant meals, children's clothing, and gifts. Source
Implementing this tax holiday involves navigating specific guidelines to ensure compliance. For example, to qualify for the tax relief, items must be paid for in full and delivered to the purchaser between December 14, 2024, and February 15, 2025. Source
We are diligently working to integrate these changes into our systems to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the complexities involved, there may be occasional delays or adjustments as we adapt to the new regulations.
If you notice an item in our store that you believe should or should not be tax-free during the holiday, please don’t hesitate to send us a message or give us a call. Your input helps us better serve you and comply with the tax regulations.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work through these adjustments together. We’re here to make your experience as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Sincerely,
Exor GamesMore Information:
