Buylist

A published, non-binding list of items and indicative prices representing the maximum amounts Exor Games may pay to purchase eligible items, subject to inspection, verification, and acceptance.

Offer to Sell

The act of submitting items to Exor Games, in person or by mail, constitutes an offer by the customer to sell those items under the terms of the buylist. Submission alone does not create a binding agreement.

Acceptance

Acceptance occurs only when Exor Games completes inspection and issues payment or store credit. Until acceptance, Exor Games is under no obligation to purchase the submitted items.

Rejection

Exor Games may decline to purchase any submitted item for any reason, including but not limited to condition, authenticity, market volatility, pricing errors, or inventory needs.

Partial Acceptance

Exor Games may accept some items within a submission while rejecting others. Acceptance of part of a submission does not obligate acceptance of the remainder.

Condition & Inspection Definitions

Condition

The physical state of an item as assessed by Exor Games using industry-standard grading guidelines. Condition determinations are made at Exor Games’ sole discretion and directly affect final pricing.

Inspection

The process by which submitted items are examined for authenticity, condition, completeness, and accuracy against the customer’s submission list.

Authenticity

Verification that an item is a genuine, officially produced product. Any item suspected of being counterfeit, altered, or tampered with may be rejected and confiscated by Exor Games in accordance with applicable law.

Misidentified Item

An item that does not match the name, set, version, language, or printing listed in the customer’s submission.

Pricing & Market Definitions

Buylist Price

The maximum price Exor Games is willing to pay for an item at the time of processing, not a guaranteed payout amount.

Market Adjustment

A price change applied due to market movement, demand changes, supply fluctuations, or pricing errors between submission and processing.

Pricing Error

An incorrect or unintended price listed on the buylist due to clerical, technical, or data errors. Exor Games reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.

Ownership & Risk

Title Transfer

Ownership of submitted items transfers to Exor Games only upon acceptance and issuance of payment or store credit.

Risk of Loss

For mailed submissions, the customer bears all risk of loss or damage until items are received and logged by Exor Games.

Abandoned Property

Items not claimed, responded to, or arranged for return within 4 weeks after rejection may be treated as abandoned property and can be sold by Exor Games or disposed of in any way.

Payment & Settlement

Payment

Compensation issued by Exor Games in the form of cash, electronic transfer, or store credit, as selected by the customer and approved by Exor Games.

Store Credit

A non-refundable, non-transferable credit issued for use toward future purchases, subject to Exor Games’ store credit terms.

Settlement

The final resolution of a buylist submission, occurring once payment or return of items is completed.

Mail-In & Logistics

Submission

A package or in-person delivery of items sent to Exor Games for buylist consideration.

Return Shipping

Shipping of rejected items back to the customer, which may be subject to fees, packaging requirements, and tracking limitations as per Exor Games discretion.

Handling Fee

A non-refundable fee applied to cover inspection, processing, or return shipping costs where applicable at Exor Games discretion.

Dispute & Limitation Definitions

Final Determination

All condition, authenticity, and pricing decisions made by Exor Games are final and binding once payment is issued.

Good Faith

Exor Games evaluates all submissions honestly and in accordance with its published policies and reasonable commercial standards.

Limitation of Liability

Exor Games’ liability is limited to the lesser of the final accepted buylist value or the return of the submitted items, except where prohibited by law.

Customer Acknowledgement

By submitting items to Exor Games, I acknowledge that buylist prices are non-binding, that all items are subject to inspection and acceptance, and that ownership transfers only upon payment or store credit issuance.
