•    2024-25 Synergy Hockey boasts a 125-card base set featuring low-#’d veterans, Greats and rookies (regular and SP). With true rookie cards #’d to just 25 and the veteran and Great cards #’d to just 15, the Synergy base set is highly-collectible! 


o    The base set breaks down as follows: Veterans (1-60), Greats (61-75), Rookies (76-115) and Rookie SP’s (116-125).


o    Collect both Red and Purple parallels of the complete base set. Fifty-percent of the Red parallel cards, on average, feature a bounty scratch-off code and collecting the complete Red parallel set could earn you amazing bounty award cards. More info below. All of the Purple parallel cards are #’d to 99 or less and many will feature an autograph.


o    Also keep an eye out for low-#’d (all #’d to 25 or less) Portrait and Auto Portrait variations of the Rookie SP’s.


•    New Insert Sets! The latest edition of Synergy features multiple all-new compelling insert sets:


o    Interdimensional: This all-new case hit insert features top rookies on an exciting design. These rare chase cards are sure to be the envy of any collector. 

o    Colorways: This 100-card insert set features top Veteran Stars, Legends of the game, and emerging Rookies. Be on the lookout for a wide variety of colorful parallels highlighted by the low-#’d Neon Pink and Gold parallels. 

o    NHL Impressions: Instant Impressons! Search for this all-new insert set with 4 subsets Stars, Goalies, Legends, and Rookies. Search for numbered parallels of this set including Magenta, Green, and Gold. Hunt for the even rarer Green Auto and Gold Auto parallels that are sure to be some of the biggest chases in the product. 


•    Metal Cards! Chase the big hit, Cast for Greatness, featuring top rookies, superstars and retired Greats on an all-metal trading card. Also look for even bigger hits: Cast for Greatness Signatures cards #’d to just 25!


•    The popular serially-#’d Rookie Journey and Synergistic Duos inserts are back, each with an expanded parallel lineup. The Rookie Journey insert consists of three subsets (Draft, Home Uni, Away Uni) and sports three exciting parallel:  Red (#’d to 499), Green (#’d to 199), and Gold (#’d to 25). The Synergistic Duos insert, featuring two players from the same organization, also consist of three subsets: two current stars, on current star and one Great, and one current star and one rookie. Collect three colorful serially-numbered parallels: Red (#’d to 499), Green (#’d to 199), and Gold (#’d to 25).


•    Look for rare StarQuest cards that have a design inspired by great StarQuest designs of the past. Search for rare Lime Green, Purple, and Gold parallels of these awesome cards!

Refund Policy:

At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.

1. Order Cancellation Period:

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been shipped). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.

2. Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.

3. Return Eligibility

If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days. 

4. Refund Process: 

Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
