ANNOUNCEMENT FROM KONAMI:
With the release of Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Speed Duel: Battle City Finals, the initial Speed Duel saga we started will be concluding in North and Latin America. While we are including new content (like Noah, Duke, and Tristan), the Speed Duel releases are starting to re-tread a lot of familiar ground, so the product line will be pausing for a rest. As always, Speed Duel cards are legal for TCG play and there will be continued OP support for Speed Duel so that Duelists can continue to play the format.

Familiar faces and new dangers await Yugi and Joey as they make their way to the Quarter-Finals of the Battle City tournament, where they will have to contend against old rivals such as Seto Kaiba and Mai Valentine. But be warned! A dark shadow looms over the tournament, with Yami Bakura and the mysterious Yami Marik in the running! When any match could turn into a Shadow Game, be prepared to harness the power of your Egyptian God Cards! It’s a showdown in the sky over Battle City and you’d better keep your wits about you! It’s time to Duel!
Speed Duel: Battle City Finals lets you recreate memorable Duels from the classic Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series, using 8 complete Speed Duel Decks which put fresh new spins on classic strategies. With over 110 cards new to Speed Duel, you can get your friends together for a legit out-of-the-box tournament experience. This sequel to last year’s Speed Duel: Streets of Battle City is a must-have for any Duelist!
Speed Duel: Battle City Finals features:

To use a card in Speed Duel, it must have the Speed Duel Symbol on the card. Cards without the Symbol are not legal for use in Speed Duel, but Speed Duel cards can be used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. Skill Cards may only be used in Speed Duel.

Refund Policy:
At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Order Cancellation Period:Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been shipped). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation Process:To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.
3. Return Eligibility
If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Process:
Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Local Delivery (To Your Door) <Beta> Refund Policy:
Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
