The forgotten planet Exordia drifts into the matterium, where it came from none are entirely certain. Sensors indicate that the planet is rich with many valuable resources that any space faring species would benefit from. Even more enticing for the civilizations of the 40th millennium, sensors are unable to penetrate the planet too deeply, always met with some unknown interference that scrambles the sensors. What is being hidden will only be found by the strong who are able to take control of the tenebrous planet.
Rich with multitudes of resources and a secret that would benefit any commander who holds it, different commanders make planet fall with a small expeditionary force to fight for the planet and supremacy of the region.
Welcome to the first ever Exor Games 40k escalation league!
What is an escalation league? It’s a four week long event where participants start with smaller armies and add more units and models to their army every week!
Here is the format and time table:
Week 1 July 5th to July 11th, 750 points army
Week 2 July 12th to July 18th, 1000 points army
Week 3 July 19th to July 26th, 1250 points army
Week 4 July 27th to August 2nd, 1500 points army
As always our style of play can be best described as casually competitive, individuals will not have to submit lists since they will change on a weekly basis but when organizing your match for the week I highly encourage you to share your list with your opponent.
League scoring will be pretty simple, if you win your match you earn 3 league points and if you lose your league match for that week you earn 1 point. If a true tie occurs both participants will be awarded 2 league points.
Additionally we will NOT be doing fixed pairings, rather than creating pairings for the week participants can play ANY other league participant. To incentivize participants to play against different people each week you will earn an additional points IF you played against a different league participant each week (excluding week 1 since there was no previous week) so at most you can earn an extra three points if you play someone different each week.
As mentioned the points are formatted as such:
Week 1 750, Week 2 1000, Week 3 1250 and week 4 1500.
For Week 1, I recommend using a board size of 44”x60” with 4 Terrain Features.
For the remainder of the matches you can use the normal board size of 44'' x 60'' with 6-8 Terrain Features
In the interest of keeping this a bit more open and easy I am not going to assign specific missions to each week, it’s up to you and your opponent to decided which mission and deployment you’d like to do.League Prize Structure:
At Least 6 participants (minimum):
Top General/1st Place (most wins/highest score tie breaker)
1st Place = (65% of Total Entry Fee)
2nd Place = (35% of Total Entry Fee)
8 Participants:
Top General/1st Place (most wins/highest score tie breaker)
1st Place Prize = (50% of Total Entry Fee)
2nd Place Prize = (25% of Total Entry Fee)
3rd Place Prize = (25% of Total Entry Fee)
10+ Participants:
Top General (most wins/highest score tie breaker)
1st Place Prize = (40% of Total Entry Fee)
2nd Place Prize = (30% of Total Entry Fee)
3rd Place Prize = (20% of Total Entry Fee)
4th Place Prize = (10% of Total Entry Fee)20Refund Policy:
At Exor Games, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Order Cancellation Period:Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it (provided that it hasn't already been shipped). After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation Process:To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email (customerservice@exorgames.com), providing your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
We do not offer refunds for orders if you order a case quantity and expecting a sealed case of product. We do not guarantee sealed cases of product if you purchase a case quantity.
3. Return Eligibility
If you would like return an order you have received within 30 days of delivery please contact customerservice@exorgames.com to open a return ticket. We do not accept returns on trading card game singles, trading card game sealed product, gift cards, or sale items. We will let you know the status of your return within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Process:
Upon approval by our customer service department, If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If your cancellation request is approved after the initial 24-hour period, a restocking fee of 25% of total order cost+shipping and any fees will be applicable. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy:Exor Games reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically.

Local Delivery (To Your Door) <Beta> Refund Policy:
Refunds for Local Delivery follow the same as above but also add that Refunds that were delivered locally have to be conducted in the store by the purchaser.
